Nordicgymm is a new activity we offer that was born during the confinement of the COVID-19 pandemic in March and April 2020.
Faced with the impossibility of our Nordic Walking groups (many of them with seniors) being able to go out for sports, we come up with a way to exercise online. This is where it comes from.
And that's right, we add music to stretching exercises, aerobics and strength, adaptable to all levels, using the Nordic Walking technique of the Fittrek school.
Together with the walking sticks, they make this new modality very complete and fun.
