From the Nordic Walk comes Nordicgymm-aquatic, an aquatic version of Nordicgymm to be done in spaces such as swimming pools, beaches, etc. . A discipline that encompasses the disciplines of Nordic walking, aquagym and stretching. If necessary, we travel to do this activity.
